Library Membership: Membership is required to use library resources. To become a member of the
library, you need:

An identity document (ID card);
Contact number, email address, residential or work address;

To fill out a reader's card. After this, the interested person can use any library service.
Reader's Rights: The reader has the right to:
a) Receive complete information about the library documents held in the collection; search for
materials of interest in the library's card or electronic catalog;
b) Use the library collections and computer database available in the library to find relevant
information and other materials.

Reader's Obligations: The reader is obliged to:
a) Present an identity document upon entering the library;
b) Maintain silence, order, public conduct norms, and hygiene standards;
c) Take care of the library's property;
d) Inspect literature upon receipt; if a defect is discovered, immediately inform the librarian.
Otherwise, responsibility for the damaged book or material lies with the reader who last used it;
e) Return borrowed educational resources to the library within 10 working days;
f) Notify the library of the reason in case of a delayed return of a book;
g) College vocational students, vocational education teachers, and college staff are obliged to
familiarize themselves with the library usage rules and its regulations and comply with the library's
requirements.

Prohibited Actions: It is forbidden to:
a) Take a book out of the reading room without the librarian's permission;
b) Arbitrarily reshelve a book or educational material after use (it must be returned to the librarian;
if the reader wishes to keep it aside, they must make a corresponding request to the librarian);
c) Remove cards from catalogs;
d) Smoke tobacco or bring food into the library; disturb the silence in the reading room (loud
conversation, etc.);
e) Steal, damage, write in, fold pages, scratch, tear out pages, or cause any other kind of damage to
books or educational materials.

The use of library resources by individuals whose student status has been suspended and/or
terminated ceases according to the general procedure.
